bean curd

been awhile since i've cooked anything. motivation just isn't there when you don't have a critical audience.

but i got hungry enough yesterday to cook up some bean curd, which is probably one of my favorite foods both at (chinese) restaurants and at home. put in a little sliced up pork loin for flavor and some celery for fragrance, cheap filler, and fiber =P

mmmm... with a bowl of hot rice, don't think anything can beat that. (low calorie and high protein too!)

bean curd is not the same thing as tofu, is it... I don't see the rice pictured. Would you like me to make you a nice bowl of jasmine?

bean curd is tofu...your new favorite. we can make this...but instead of pork we can put in 50lbs of beef. does that still make it healthy?

Wait, I'm confused. Is this a trick? Is bean curd really tofu? Wikipedia says it is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tofu. Amazing
